Spring Break Packing List

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Villanova chapter.

If you’re like me, you save your packing until the last minute. It’s not the most productive way to live life and it almost always ensures that you’ll forget at least three items that range from mildly important to absolutely essential. To assuage these issues, we at HC Villanova thought that we would compile a packing list for all of your spring break needs, particularly if you’re heading out of the country to somewhere warm and tropical.

Electronics

– Camera and charger

– iPod, headphones, and charger

– Phone and charger

Toiletries

– Face and body wash

– Toothpaste and toothbrush

– Hairbrush

– Contact solution and contact case (if applicable)

– Makeup and makeup remover

Clothes

* Depending on where you go, this will vary, obviously.*

– At least one sweater or light jacket, just in case it gets a little chilly out.

– Two or three bathing suits

– One or two dressy outfits. You never know where you’re going to end up, and it’s always nice to have a fancy day.

– Shorts and tanks. Love them. Wear them. Revel in them. Before you know it, you’ll be back in the snowpocalypse.

– Flip flops, sneakers, and one pair of wedges that will go with everything.

Other

– Sunscreen

– Sunglasses/hat

– Towel

– Bug spray

– Reusable water bottle

– Umbrella (just in case!)

– Basic first aid kit – asprin, Tylenol, bandages etc.

– Light reading. Something that doesn’t involve school. You’re on vacation; enjoy yourself!
