While it’s all exciting news, navigating which artists are performing at which venue can get overwhelming. Ranging from surf-rock to Beyonce’s epic discography, there are a myriad of shows coming to the DMV area in the coming months.

Sun Room, a laid-back garage rock band from San Diego, California, is bringing the “Summer Heat” to The Broadberry, on Sunday, Apr. 23. While they’ve gained traction through opening slots on tours with Louis Tomlinson and Inhaler, their stop in Richmond marks the first show of their headlining tour. Sun Room’s sound is reminiscent of The Beach Boys, but they mix in a modern rock and roll flavor. Check out their three EPs on Spotify for a taste of their West Coast vibes.
