Last Minute Bright Summer Fashion

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at VCU chapter.

The countdown to fall begins and these collegiettes know how to end summer the right way. With their bright colors and bright smiles, they sure know how to dress-to-impress!

Amelia adds a splash of color with a bright teal chiffon blouse tucked into plain black high-waisted shorts. Her black sandals keep it sweet and casual. To bring the whole outfit together, she adds a gold Michael Kors watch, accentuating her gold ombre curls.

Sarah ends the last few summer days with a cute and edgy twist. Her classic high-waisted denim shorts are paired with a lacey black crop top while her mint colored flats, necklace and coral pink open blouse adds a girly touch, a pop of color and finishes the look.

Amanda shows off this girly and preppy outfit by pairing a vibrant purple and blue high-waisted skirt with a cute white crochet top. To keep it simple, she wears nude pointed heels that don’t draw attention away from the color. Fashion tip: Colorful skirts match best with a solid colored tops to keep the outfit balanced.
