Everything You Need For a Fun Spring Break

This is a sponsored feature. All opinions are 100% from Her Campus.

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at VCU chapter.

I don’t know about you, but spring break is one of my favorite times of year. A week away from school, warm weather and (sometimes) a vacation. Whether you are going to the beach or just exploring around your own town, all of these items will make sure you have an amazing spring break:

1. Alba Botanica®’s Hawaiian Green Tea Sunscreen

Especially if you’re going to the beach this spring break, sunscreen is a must. Keeping your skin out of the sun’s harmful rays will reduce your chances of getting a sunburn and wrinkles. This sunscreen is coral-reef safe and biodegradable, and it’s made with all vegetarian products. It won’t make your skin greasy, absorbs quickly and is perfect for daily use on the beach.

2. Almay Shadow Squad™ Eyeshadow

These eyeshadow quads have four different finishes: satin, metallic, matte and glitter. These eye shadow quads also come in 15 different shades, so there’s a shade for everyone! All I do is use my finger to sweep some of the satin shadow onto my lid and I’m done! It’s easy, simple and great for the spring and summer to give you that very fresh look.

3. Va-Va-Plump Shiny Liquid Lipstick in Wine Me

This liquid lipstick is amazing for the spring and summer. With a long-lasting bold color and lip-plumping action that Buxom Cosmetics is known for, it’s great for every skin tone and type. This new liquid lipstick is available in 20 different shades, so whatever color works best for you, they’ve got it. Use the code “hercampus” at checkout for 20 percent off your entire purchase now through March 31!

4. Krazy Glue All Purpose Singles

You might not think that super glue is a spring essential, but super glue can save your life. The single packs have just the right amount in them for one fast fix. They’ll work on wood, metal, plastics, glass, vinyl AND ceramics – so the next time your sunglasses break or your flip flop snaps, Krazy Glue can fix it!

5. Superstar Queen for a Day Thickening Spray and Get Twisted Anti-Frizz Finishing Spray

If you have trouble keeping body and lift in your hair during the warm months thanks to a mixture of sweat and business, Superstar Queen for a Day Spray Thickening Spray is for you. Spray this product on your roots to insure that you have lasting volume throughout the day with minimal effort, or on your mid-lengths and ends just for texture. For those with curly hair that just won’t quit, Get Twisted Anti-Frizz Finishing Spray will help you lock in your curls and fight the humidity for up to 72 hours!

6. L’Oréal Paris Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Towelettes

Do you ever have that panicked moment where you try on your swimsuit for vacation and realize that you haven’t been in the sun for six months? Instead of being mistaken for a Dracula cosplay, use L’Oréal Paris Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Towelettes to make it look like you naturally have that sultry summer glow and haven’t been living in the library all semester. The color will set in just 2-4 hours and will give you a streak-free, natural-looking tan.

These products will keep you prepared and looking good all spring break, but the rest is up to you! Have fun and relax, you deserve it!
