15 Thoughts You Have While in Cabell
Oh the library. What a wonderful building built for one purpose: to help you pave the way to your future. The library, equipped with Starbucks and four floors might seem like the perfect haven for you to get your work done, but here are some thoughts I’m sure we’ve all had while in Cabell.
1.) Ah…library time..I feel so studious. Time to get all of my work done. I will be productive. I will.
2.) Why is there never any room here? Can you guys all study somewhere else?
3.) Why does everyone here glare so much? So. Many. Glares.
4.) I can feel the stress in the air.
5.) Homework or funny cat videos? Funny cat videos.
6.) Must..not..online..shop.
7.) To the person watching Netflix…I feel you. I really do. We all need a little Damon Salvatore.
8.) Okay, time to start my homework. Really, it’s time.
9.) I know it’s the second floor, but do you really need to blast your music that loud?!
10.) I love listening to gossip. Your best friend’s roommate did what in their room?
11.) Do I want another drink from Starbucks? I just had one half an hour ago and the line is probably long…but yes, I do want another drink.
12.) Listen guys I know it’s the third floor and it’s meant to be quiet, but I can’t control how loud I am when I walk. Please. Stop. Glaring. Please.
13.) I feel like if I go to the fourth floor and breathe too loudly I’m going to die.
14.) Okay homework time. Ah, who am I kidding, I can’t get this done. I might as well just drop out now and save myself the extra trouble.
15.) But seriously…will this construction ever be done?!
