Everyone has to find a hobby in life that brings them peace of mind. My hobby is doing eyelash extensions. Although it is time consuming and may get frustrating at times, it is rewarding. Having proper knowledge about eyelashes and properly applying eyelash extensions makes everything so much easier! Once you enter the lash world, every time you see someone it is the first thing you notice.

It is so much more than putting hair on top of natural lashes. You must isolate, have proper placement, and ensure that your client is comfortable throughout the process. It is not an easy thing to do, but if you put your mind to it, it could be the best thing for you. I truly believe that this began as a hobby, but it will soon be another career for me. Yes, the money is good, but seeing what beautiful work you can do with your hands is so much more rewarding. Don’t be afraid ladies, step into the lash world!

I prefer to go by Kei. I'm a senior in college attending Valdosta State University and an eyelash technician. Writing is my safe space and my favorite way of communicating. I have a lot of improvement to make, but I still have a passion for it. I want to write a book some day, but until then, I express myself through journaling and blogs.
