If you are anything like me, shopping is one of your favorite hobbies. To many, Retail therapy brings happiness and is a form of relaxation but what if I told you that sometimes too much shopping can lead to problems, like addiction, making you a shopaholic. Here are 8 signs that you are a shopaholic.

1. You have many unopened or tagged items in your closet, yet you still like you have nothing to wear.

2. You often purchase things you don’t need or didn’t plan to buy
3. An argument or frustration sparks an urge to shop

4. You experience a rush of excitement when you buy

5. Purchases are followed by feelings of remorse
6. You try to conceal your shopping habits
7. You feel anxious on the days you don’t shop
8. You are shopping beyond your means

If you can relate to at least half of these signs, then there is a chance you may be a shopaholic. It may be time to put your money away and back away slowly back away from the merchandise! HCXO!
