It’s the week after Spring Break 2016 and who knew that coming back to school would be so hard? Maybe because I’m a graduating senior, it just feels harder for me to get back into the swing of things after being on a nice, relaxing break.
Over the break, Her Campus Valdosta State hosted a social media opportunity for VSU students to show where they went over Spring Break by using the hashtag #ShowWhereYouGo and tagging the HCValdosta social media accounts. Here is a brief look at what our campus did last week for their break!
For me, I went home and enjoyed hiking in the mountains of North Georgia.
For other VSU students, like HCValdosta President Michaela and curl goddess Roxi Barkley, hitting the beach to play in the surf and the sand was the go to move.
HCValdosta member Njeri hit the parks in Florida with her squad by visiting Universal Studios!
A few VSU students, like Ashli and Jamesia, took their break to explore the West Coast and see a different side of the country.
So whether you spent Spring Break on the West Coast or the East Coast, or spent Spring Break at home like me, I hope your break was the pause you needed from school to finish out this semester like a champ!
