Ritual: a ceremony consisting of a series of actions performed according to a prescribed order.
This is a simple ritual that can be performed at any time and any day. The steps are very straightforward and although they require a little patience (you can’t perform this ritual successfully if you’re in a rush), it is the perfect ritual to perform when you’re feeling a bit fuzzy and lost. Â
So let’s get into it….
Step One: Run a nice warm bath (add bubbles if liked, and I also prefer to add apple cider vinegar to promote vagina health too!)
Â
Step Two: Once your bath is ready, slide into it and relax. Completely relax. Turn off the bathroom light, light an incense, and drown in your subconscious.
Â
Step Three: After about 20 minutes, sit up “criss-cross applesauce” and meditate. Again, relax into your subconscious and let go of any thoughts that try to lead your mind.
Â
Step Four: Wait for the sign. My sign —and it could possibly be your sign too—is an itch on either my left or right foot. The foot the itch comes to is very important. And take note that it is not just a little simple itch. It is a powerful itch that doesn’t really feel like an itch you would normally get.
Â
Step Five: After receiving your sign, carefully dry yourself with your towel and step out of the tub. Make sure to put that towel in your dirty laundry —do not use that same towel again until it has been washed.
Â
What the “foot itch” means: Left foot itch – “The path you are on has left you with something. Look around in your life —-love life, family life, work life, etc—and see if there are any hidden messages, gifts, or experiences that mean something to you.”
Right foot itch —“The path you are on will right your wrongs. Whatever mistakes you have made lately (or any major mistakes you have made in the past) are currently in the process of becoming blessings for you, or in other words, they are being “righted”.
If your sign isn’t the “foot itch” then it’s no problem to just log onto the internet and type in “spiritual meaning of (insert sign here)” there are many many articles about the spiritual meanings of anything body related.
Â
I know that rituals aren’t completely accepted in mainstream society just yet, but it is an amazing tool to get in touch with your spiritual side aka your intuition.
Â
Good luck!
