Hello beautiful humans!

One of the things that we tend to neglect is our mental health. We tend to over exert ourselves and forget to take time out to cater to our mental health. Mental health essentially refers to our emotional, psychological, and even our social state. It is also based on how we feel about ourselves. Mental health also falls in how we interact with others in a social setting.

Mental health is important in all stages of our lives. From our younger years to our older years. having positive mental health can help us all cope with stress, work, schoolwork loads, and just life in general. It can also help with proper communication, proper social interactions, verbal skills, and self-esteem growth! Negative mental health can lead to the opposite. It can cause a downward spiral of your self-esteem, bad social interactions, isolation, and even mental illness.

The way that we can all improve our mental health is to stay positive! I know it is easier said than done, especially when life becomes complicated, but think of things that make you happy or even take on a hobby. Hobbies such as reading, exercising, yoga, music and even painting all help with the brain and sustain positive mental health!

Remember take some time for yourself and focus on your mental health!
