I think it's very easy to get caught up with everything going on. You forget to make sure you are okay. Mental health is a big issue that many people avoid. When I feel my self not feeling well, I get out the house and do something. Even if I take a ride to get icecream, I feel way better. I hang around friends because, they seem to always make me happy.
