Who’s ready to get fit while tackling classes, work and a social life….? I know what your thinking: I don’t have time to workout, or I’m too lazy to workout. As much as you sit and stare at your phone for hours, you can replace that time with some exercise. Exercise has many benefits: it uplifts your mood, relieves stress and helps with weight loss.

Jumping Jacks  50 x3
