HC: What made you choose VSU?

Perry: I chose VSU because it’s close to home.

HC: What do you want to do with your major, and why?

Perry: I have been thinking about teaching abroad in Taiwan or Korea so I can travel the world and experience other cultures. I have also been debating on moving to New York City or Atlanta to be an editor as I have found that I enjoy reading other people’s work and helping to make improvements. 

HC: How would you describe yourself?

Perry: Introverted. I generally keep to myself and when I go out to meet people I have to spend about an hour by myself to help prepare myself for conversation. Ironically, I am also restless in that I hate to sit in the same space for too long and have to go outside frequently. 

HC: What are your favorite things to do?

Perry: I try to spend most of my time outside of school going to get coffee and reading. Other than reading, I also enjoy collecting cassette tapes and drawing. 

HC: What are you passionate about?

Perry: Literature, I always like talking about what my friends read and having them recommend me books.

HC: How do you like to spend your spare time?

Perry: Reading, listening to music, or walking around town.

HC: What’s your dream date?

Perry: A road trip to nowhere in particular as long as the destination has a restaurant that serves pho. 

HC: What qualities do you look for in a girl?

Perry: Someone who enjoys traveling, is easy to have a conversation with, and is willing to try new foods.

HC: Who is your celebrity crush?

Perry: Emily Browning and Xiao Wen Ju

HC: What are three material items you can’t live without?

Perry: My phone, computer, coffee!
