Meet Lauren! This wonderful ray of sunshine is bound to brighten up anyone’s day. I was honored to have the chance to interview one of Phi Mu’s very own so that you can get to know a little more about who this cutie is!

HC: What made you want to join Phi Mu?
Lauren: I really wanted to join to meet new people and connect with them on a personal level. That’s truly what I feel I have being a part of Phi Mu.
HC: How has being in a sorority influenced or changed your life since joining?
Lauren: It helps you in ways you can’t even begin to imagine. You’re able to experience the highs and lows of life with your sisters and that builds an unbreakable bond you can’t find anywhere else.
HC: What advice would you give any person wanting to join a sorority?
Lauren: Be yourself and do not try to impress anyone! Just be you! There is a sorority for every type of girl.
HC: What fashion item can you not live without?
Lauren: Definitely my sunglasses! I love my aviators.
HC: Describe yourself in three words.
Lauren: Outgoing, fun, and positive!
HC: If you were stranded on a desert island, what 3 items would you bring?
Lauren: A friend because I hate being alone! My phone. And food.
HC: What is the best way for a guy to get a girl’s attention?
Lauren: Being kind. I’m not really into cocky guys. Humility is very attractive.
HC: Your faith is important to you. What keeps you grounded in faith despite the temptations of college?
Lauren: Definitely my family and surrounding myself with other believers. Spending time reading the bible helps me stay in a constant state of prayer. If you’re rooted in the word, it’s easier! That’s what helps me the most.
HC: Do you have a favorite Bible verse?
Lauren: Romans 8:28
HC: Where do you see yourself in ten years?
Lauren: Married with a family!
