Drinking water we should do more of but let’s face it, it can be challenging for some of us. If you’re like me, I have a hard time drinking water. I know, what’s wrong with me! But there so many reasons why drinking water can be a challenge for myself as well as others. Sometimes, finding time in the day can be a challenge because of a busy schedule example, you may work a long shift, so finding time to drink water can be challenging, which is mostly my case. They say the average person suppose to drink eight glasses of water a day. That can be challenging when your day seems to go by so fast with your busy schedule. Well, if you’re like me, here are three ways to drink more water.

Set a timer

It’s water break time! If you need a reminder to drink water, set a timer. Setting a timer can help you get your water in for the day. Remember always drink water on your water break, don’t wait next water break to finally drink water.

Add flavor

When people complain,  they are not water drinkers because of the flavor. I understand the flavor may not be appealing because some water doesn’t have good taste. If that’s the case for you, you can add fresh fruit to your water to give it a desirable taste. Adding fruit can help you get your water in for the day.

Try different brands of water

Yes, water tastes different when they come from other sources. It’s best to find the type of water you find that has a taste you like. I find myself drinking Core Water because I feel it doesn’t have a weird taste to it. It’s the only brand of water I can drink. You need to try and test different brands and see which brand of water that works for you.

Once you find what works for you,  drinking water will not become a challenge for you. It’s mandatory to give the body water. Our bodies live off of water so,  when you sweat or use the restroom,  you lose water,  so it’s a must to retain that lost water to keep our bodies happy. Remember this is going to take dedication, but I believe in you!  Now get a glass of water, raise your glasses up, Cheers!
