Ever thought about detoxing but did not know how or where to start? Detox means to abstain from or to rid the body of toxic or unhealthy substances. Detoxing helps with bloating, unnecessary breakouts, and just helping you to feel better overall. Detoxing has become one of my favorite things to do. I usually do it in the summer, but detoxing year round is the proper way to detox. Here are a few simple and affordable detox recipes I find myself doing when I am not feeling my best.
1. Lemon, Cucumber, and Mint Leaves Detox:
One of my favorite detoxes to do is the lemon, cucumber, and mint leaves detox water. It is quick, simple, and super affordable. I feel cleansed, energetic, and a lot of the time full after drinking this mix. It helps with cleaning out your system regularly which helps with being bloated, and also to help burn fat you can add in some grapefruit.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar Detox:
Apple cider vinegar is one of the stronger detoxes that really cleanses you because it mainly focuses on bettering your digestive system. Of course, it also helps with weight loss in some aspects because it is getting rid of all of the unnecessary toxins. You will feel better immediately!
3. Face Detoxing:
Yes, there is such a thing as detoxing your face! It is actually a good idea to try and work a good, deep detoxing into your daily regimen at least once every two weeks, but including different things such as adding a probiotic into your diet and making sure your are getting your proper fiber intake in. You can also detox your face by drinking water. Water! Water! Water! It is not your enemy, and then make sure your cosmetics that you may use are always clean.
