What is your astrological sign? Do you feel that it accurately describes your personality?
I’m a Taurus. It’s a bull, and my last name is Turnbull, so that’s pretty cool! I can be bull-headed sometimes, depending on the situation.
What is your favourite class?
Introduction to Psychology is my favourite class because it actually interests me and is something that I’ve always wanted to know more about.
How do you normally spend your Sundays?
Almost always band practice!
If you could be one of the Avengers, who would you be and why?
Don’t even, that’s way too hard. They’re all so awesome!
What are some of your worst pet peeves?
I’ve got a few! People who chew with their mouths open, people who talk really loud all the time, people who care too much about what others think, and people who use SWAG and YOLO in actual conversations as legit words. Also, people who take life too seriously.
Who is your favourite YouTuber and why?
Alex Goot. He’s a musician who covers songs and he plays all the instruments. It’s pretty intense. He’s very talented.
What do you look for in a partner?
Good music taste is number one! Someone who is down to earth, someone who isn’t serious all the time and can have fun. Those are the most important things.
Who is your favourite band? What kind of influence have they had on you as a musician?
Blink 182! They were the first rock band I ever started listening to. They showed me how awesome rock can be, and it’s now my favourite genre. They showed me that rock can be serious, but funny too.
What do you order on your pizza?
I usually get Meat Lover’s with pepperoni, ham, and bacon.
What is one of the most embarrassing things that has ever happened to you?
One time, I was playing a show in downtown Windsor. I was excited because I was playing in front of all these musicians I really respected. They were all twenty-something and I was only fifteen at the time. During the first song, I dropped my drumsticks, like, five times! It was awful.
