Happy Valentine’s Day to the man I love!

Hey you, I know I can’t be with you right now for Valentine’s Day but I just want to say that I love you and that I am wishing you a very Happy Valentine’s Day. I hope you like the gift I got you. It’s not much but it’s something special that I wanted to give you. This special occasion definitely brings a lot of emotions into our hearts, especially for us as we’re long distance.

First off, I know you’re missing me a lot. I know I’m missing you just as much. I miss you every minute, every hour, every day, and every time we are not together. That’s the thing about long distance relationships. We only get to see each for a while before we have to separate again. I was with you for two and a half weeks before I had to go back to school. Now, I have to wait until March 3rd to see you again.

I miss you so much. I miss all of our adventures together. I could be with you one minute and then the next, I’m not with you anymore. Leaving you behind at LAX was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. It was saddening. Just a couple of hours ago, I was with you in California. Then I got onto a plane and flew back to Georgia, only to be 2,000 miles away from you again. It sucks, doesn’t it? I know it does but always remember that I love you.

We’ve had some difficult times, you and I, but I’m glad we have always been able to overcome them. I’m happy that we were able to push past those times and push through our relationship to keep wanting more and more out of each other. I can tell you in my honest opinion that if I was able to go back in time, I would choose to do this all over again. The good and the bad. There would be some things that I would do differently, like my approach on some situations, but I wouldn’t trade our love for anything in this world.

So, although we won’t be able to celebrate Valentine’s Day together, get ready for us to have a wonderful time celebrating this special occasion when I come in March.

I love you and Happy Valentine’s Day, my love!
