As college students, we want to save as much money as possible. Most people will tell you to use coupons. While that is good, I know a place that you can get everything you need for $1. Is that impossible? No, it’s Dollar Tree! Trust me, they have everything!
Beauty: Yes girl! You CAN look glam on a budget. Dollar Tree has everything you need for your glam party look to your everyday look. They even have concealer for those days you are incredibly hungover and have an 8:30am class. Although they’re not brand name make-up, it’s still good quality at cheaper price. Beggars can’t be choosers for make-up that’s only $1. They even have everything you need for your hair. Everything from hair-bows to scrunchies, plus, hair color as well. If you want more radical colors such as pink or blue for your hair, you should try somewhere else. However, if you’re looking for the regular brown, blonde, etc, then you’ve come to the right place. They even have body supplies like lotion and nail polish.

Home: In the same place you can get your beauty supplies, you can also get everything you need for your apartment or dorm. They have things like light bulbs, Tupperware, dusters, dish drying racks, cooking supplies and measuring cups for your inner Betty Crocker. They also have cleaning gloves, magic erasers, mops, paper towels, paint brushes, air refreshers and much more!
Bath: All your bathroom essentials are here as well. They have everything from bath sponges to body wash to shampoo, conditioner and lotion!
Laundry: I know. Nobody likes doing laundry, especially in the dorms. However, when you’re running out of clean underwear, it is a must-do. It’s a good thing Dollar Tree has got you covered. They have everything you need for your laundry. College is already expensive as it is so don’t go wasting your money on detergent that will work just as well as the bargain brand.
Health: If you’re sick and in need of medication, Dollar Tree has it all. They’ve got cold and flu medicines as well as cough drops and first aid kits. They also have supplies for you to stay perfectly hygienic in college like toothbrushes, mouthwash and floss. Everything you need to feel better for only $1.

Feminine Care: Okay ladies, I know we don’t usually like to talk about this but these deals are worth talking about your period. Nobody likes being on their period but these products help save your underwear and your money! You can get pads and tampons for just $1. There’s ovulation tests for those planning families and pregnancy tests for those oops moments.
Food: They have just about every food that a college kind could need here, starting with ramen. Everyone knows that ramen is a signature college kid meal. Instead of getting it for much more at Walmart or Kroger, you can get it at Dollar Tree for only $1. Don’t worry, they have other food as well! They have everything like soda, chips, canned food and frozen food. Stock up your fridge for less than $20 on average!
Toys: Calling all parents in college, this aisle is for you! It has all the toys your kids could ever need at such a low price. You don’t even have to give an arm and a leg for it.
Electronics: Imagine this. You’re at school and your phone is dying. It’s not big deal since you have your charger with you… that is until it stops working. No worries! You can pick up another one at Dollar Tree. Do they have the best chargers on the market? No, but it will do until you can afford another ridiculously expensive charger for your phone. They have almost anything you need electronic wise. You can’t go wrong with those headphones!
Books & Coloring Books: For those in desperate need of a new book to read (while being on a budget), go to Dollar Tree. It doesn’t have any international bestsellers but let’s be honest, you’d read anything if you’re desperate. If that doesn’t get your creative juices flowing, try some coloring in a cheap coloring book. You’d be surprised at how soothing it is. All of these things can be found at Dollar Tree!

Party Supplies: Okay party animals, line up! Get ready because I have a secret for you! All your party stuff can be found somewhere other than Party City. Shocking, right? It’s Dollar Tree! That’s right, folks! All you need for your baby showers, small get-togethers, and and all other parties can be found right here at Dollar Tree!
School Supplies: I know, why are we looking for school supplies when we have our laptops? Sometimes professors prefer more hands-on material over electronics. It’s useful to have paper and pen/pencils every now and then. You can find the cheapest supplies at Dollar Tree!
Drinking Supplies: Everyone knows that college kids love to drink. Why should we be seen as broke drunkards when we can be seen as classy drunkards? Dollar Tree has those sweet looking but cheap wine glasses for your night in with the girls. What more do you need? Oh right, alcohol!
Car Stuff: We all know that your car is your baby so why not treat it like the prince or princess that it is? Dollar Tree has everything your car needs to feel like a luxury car, without even breaking the bank!
Pet Supplies: Ah, my one true love. I’m talking about our pets, of course! Dollar Tree has everything you need to keep your pet healthy and happy. They have toys, treats and so much more. My dog sheds a lot so I just had to have this pet grooming glove. Pictured below. Don’t worry, they have everything for your feline companions as well!
