We all know the rule of thumb “make sure to wash your makeup off before bed”. As much as I try to abide by that, I have definitely not been good about washing my make up lately, until I came across an article that completely changed my bad ways. It enclosed all the different chemicals that the FDA allows in make up in the US, being 123 different chemicals as opposed to Europe’s 11.
As much as try to take the initiative to wash my eye make up off, I just know it’s not going to be something I can implement on a regular basis. With that being said, I did some research and found some of the best-chemical free mascaras.

Okay, the next one is almost as crazy as fruit in your mascara, but Tarte who sells normal make up products as well, has a Clay Based mascara. It’s $19, and is sold at Ulta and Sephora Stores.
