I have always been a low-key Taylor Swift fan and was never super open about it since most of my friends never really seemed to be into her music. I always loved her music and really enjoyed her popular songs I would constantly hear on the radio.
After finding out she would be going on tour near me, I really considered on finally attending one of her concerts. My mom was so awesome and made it happen for my sister and I. After attending her Reputation Tour this past summer, I only fell more in love with her music and everything she has to offer.
Now I constantly am listening to her music (sorry roomies!), wanting all of her merch, and really supporting her. Becoming such a huge fan of her only made it super exciting to hear about her movie coming to Netflix on New Year’s Eve!
Seeing the concert in person was absolutely amazing with the huge effects, many costume changes as well as all of her songs. Now getting the chance to watch it whenever I want is going to be so awesome! Getting to see my favorite songs like “Gorgeous” and “This is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things” over and over and over again will be the highlight of my Christmas break. Sorry parents, but I’ll be blasting T Swift all break long!
Taylor Swift has really come far in the world of music and have made huge things happen for herself, especially always being underestimated and criticized. I am always glad to see the next step of her journey. This new movie is a huge treat for all of her fans and maybe even those that never really gave her a chance. Either way, I’m excited to watch this movie over and over again and relive my beautiful time experiencing her concert.
