With the recent events of corona, everyone is inside. You would think us introverts would be thriving. Quite the opposite.

We Are Bored Without Our Friends

What’s the fun of watching a movie or playing a game if you have to do it alone? Just because we are introverts doesn’t mean we don’t get lonely.

We Want to See Real People

Dogs and cats can’t have conversations. Facetime and texting only does so much. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Too Much Time

With all this free time you would think we would get hobbies. Instead it’s watching the same Netflix show all day. The same show you’ve rewatched 10 times.

We Aren’t Really Alone Anymore

Moving out of your dorm room to go back to a full house is a big downgrade. There’s no alone time. Someone always there. People you are stuck with for months. People you are forced to be with. Worst thing ever. (Still love you Mom.)

Staying Home Before was a Choice

There’s a big difference between wanting to stay home and being forced to stay home by the government. Now I want to go out more than ever. Never have I wanted to go on a car ride than now. Please I want to see another person who isn’t my family.

Everyone is struggling during these hard times. Introverts included. What was thought of as paradise is actually Hell.
