Bohemian hairstyles look so put-together and stunning that you wouldn’t realize how easy they actually are to do! Coming from a girl who doesn’t have the time nor patience some days to do my hair all fancy, these hairstyles are a lifesaver Not only do I look put-together, but these hairstyles are so simple to do! It’s the perfect addition to any Bohemian outfit.

1. Braided Waves

This hairstyle couldn’t get easier. This is perfect if you want beautiful, wavy hair! You go to bed with it damp and wake up to dry and sexy waves. I recommend doing 2 braids if you want tighter, fluffier, and more voluminous waves. This hair screams bohemian and is super easy and effortless! Perfect for days you want to look put-together without actually having to. For really sunny days, I love pairing this hairstyle with a big, floppy hat with some feathers on top.

2. Milkmaid Braid

As spring and summer approach us, it’s finally time to get your hair off your neck! These braids are perfect for days that you want to look super glamorous and beautiful. Although the name doesn’t seem very appealing, this hairstyle has been worn for countless years. Why? Because it’s beautiful, easy, and will keep your hair off your neck and out of your face. All you need to do is separate the hair into 2 equal sections (use a middle part) and braid both halves separately. It’s important to secure the braids with a clear elastic or ponytail that matches your hair color. Next, pull one braid over your head like a headband and secure with bobby pins. Repeat on the opposite side and hairspray if necessary! That’s it!

3. Headband Hairstyle

This hairstyle is all about your own personal style. You can either rock out big voluminous waves, perfect loose curls or even straight. Whatever you prefer, top it off with a beautiful headband of your choice. For spring and summer, I love choosing headbands with cute little flowers. Position it on your head going across your forehead instead of the top of the head. It’s as easy as that! If you want to look extra bohemian, try adding your favorite feathers (ones that you’ve found yourself would be even better)!

4. Front (bang) Braids or Twists

Boho looks are always all about being effortless and beautifully natural. You can amp up this hairstyle with any sort of curls or even have it straight. To begin, I suggest parting your hair down the middle, but a side part will work as well. Then section off a small 1-inch portion of hair right by the part and near your forehead. Then, you can either braid both sections or twist the hair away from your face. At this point, you can either braid all the way down or only go halfway, it’s completely up to you and your style. Then pull the braids or twists towards the back of your head and bobby pin them in place. Spray with your favorite hairspray and that’s it!

If you want to look stunning this spring, summer, or whatever time of the year, try out these hairstyles. These will not only save you precious time but also give you that perfect, effortless, and beautiful look in no time. Honestly, the best part about boho hairstyles is the messier you make them, the more beautiful they get. So enjoy all the compliments for a hairstyle that looks like it should’ve taken hours to do.
