MUST SEE Places in La Crosse This Fall

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UW Lax chapter.

Now that it’s October, most people are in the fall mindset. Pumpkin spice lattes, flannels, and fuzzy socks are starting to appear around us. If you’re obsessed with fall as much as I am, check out these super fun locations in the La Crosse area this season!

Ecker’s Apple Farm

This is a fall favorite for my friends and I! This apple orchard is a little bit of a drive, but oh so worth it! They have the yummiest treats, the prettiest orchard (with a view of bluffs) and of course, delicious apples! I buy their caramel every year to dip apples in, and I highly recommend that you do the same!

The Bluffs

Grandad Bluff Park and Rim of the City are my favorites—both have great trees to hammock in! When the leaves start to turn their vibrant colors, the bluffs are a great location to look out onto La Crosse and all the trees to see the beauty!

The Root Note

The vibe of The Root Note is perfect for cozy fall days, especially when it rains. Their live music adds to the rustic vibe, and their Real Pumpkin Latte is delicious! Also, if you haven’t tried their crepes, you’re missing out.

All Glazed Up

Another great place to go on a rainy day, All Glazed Up has the cutest pottery to paint! They offer a wide range of artsy activities, all perfect for a cozy and fun day inside!

I hope you check out these locations this fall! Happy Autumn!
