Kombucha can get a bad rep these days, but I believe this is because people simply have not found the right flavor. With so many flavors to choose from, there is most definitely a flavor out there for you. To help sell you on kombucha, I have ranked the top five GTs Kombucha flavors that will turn you into a kombucha fan immediately.
- Living in Gratitude Fall Edition
If sipping on a pumpkin patch tasted like something, it would be this limited edition fall flavor. This stunning apple cider like kombucha truly tastes like fall in a drink, and because it’s only around for a small portion of the year, you have to make sure you get it as soon as possible before it’s gone. Not to mention the packaging is enough reason to buy the drink on its own.
- Golden Pineapple
The sweet taste of pineapple is hard to replicate, but GTs manages to do so with this delectable treat. The amount of sweetness is just right so as to not overpower your taste buds but leave them wanting more. This stunningly yellow drink is perfect for warm summer days or when you’re just feeling deprived of pineapple in your life.
- Strawberry Lemonade
Trader Joes introduced me to this flavor about a year ago, and I’ve never looked back. Normally, I refrain from indulging in strawberry lemonade beverages because they are sickeningly sweet, but this natural lemonade taste has reignited my love for lemonade. Once again, the vibrant packaging is yet another reason to purchase this treat. The yellow and pink hues on the bottle bring a whole new dimension to strawberry infused lemonade.
This flavor will always hold a special place in my heart because it was the first kombucha that I ever tried. You really can never go wrong with the OG flavor, and I recommend that anyone who is wary about trying kombucha should start with this one. To be honest I’m not actually sure what the name “trilogy” implies, but with hints of kiwi, raspberry, and ginger juice, this drink is sure to convert you to a kombucha lover.
- Lemon Berry
Putting lemon berry in the top five best GTs flavors may be an unpopular opinion, but this slightly tangy flavor provides a nice alternative to the sweet flavors GTs is so famous for producing. If you want something more on the sour side, I highly recommend purchasing this flavor, especially if you are pairing it with a sweet item.
While GTs is my favorite kombucha brand, there are so many other brands out there that are worth trying. Whether you find yourself at Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Kroger, Wegmans, etc., I hope that you give kombucha a chance because if you’re anything like me, you might end up making it a personal mission to try all the flavors and rank them accordingly.
