Pop Culture: Songs by Semester — The Best of the Past Four Years

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UVA chapter.

Pop Culture Blog: Fun Facts for Cocktail Conversation

Last week I detailed the hit YouTube videos of each of my 8 semesters at UVa. This week I’m recalling what most accurately defines a semester: the hit songs – what we danced to, what we blasted on car rides, what we got stuck in our heads, what we sang in the shower (right?).

I myself can’t hear some of these songs without thinking of a certain friend or event, so I caution you: this article has the potential to make you think about the past four years, to make you nostalgic, and to make you feel the need to check your iTunes to make sure you have all these songs. Get ready for Trip 2 Down Memory Lane.
