Starting your day with a healthy, filling breakfast makes a huge difference. I usually make some oatmeal, and it is my favorite meal of the day! Take a look at these two different ways to spice up your oatmeal and add variety to your breakfast routine:

Fruity Oatmeal:
Quakers Instant oatmeal
Bear Naked: Triple Berry Crunch
Craisins
Honey
(milk)

Vanilla Oatmeal:
Quakers Instant oatmeal
Bear Naked: The Original/Vanilla Almond Crunch
Raisins
Honey
(Milk)

All you have to do is add hot water to the oatmeal, with a little bit of milk if you like it. Then add a scoop of granola and craisins/raisins, and pour some honey on top. Yummy!! You can also add fresh fruit if you have it, or you can keep some frozen fruit in the fridge and pour that on top.
There are many other flavors of Bear Naked that are tasty and good for you, so ou can always make your own combo!!

Oatmeal is one of the top five foods that help to lower your cholesterol according to
the Mayo Clinic: they found that “Oatmeal contains soluble fiber, which reduces your low-density lipoprotein (LDL), the ‘bad’ cholesterol”. The Bear Naked Granola that I suggest is a very natural product that also gives a lot of health benefits.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so don’t forget about it – and try to enjoy it!
