Five Podcast Recommendations For Walking To Class

Having my AirPods in while walking to class is essential — it keeps my mind occupied and entertained while walking the same route each day. Sometimes music doesn’t quite cut it, however, so I turn to podcasts for more entertainment. Here are my current five favorite podcasts, each with a different type of energy to fit different moods.

  1. Giggly Squad

Featuring Paige Desorbo and Hannah Berner, these two best friends have the best banter. I feel like I am right there with them while they are talking about their weekends or sharing a funny story from their past. Both have previously starred on Bravo’s “Summer House,” giving them extra knowledge about the world of my beloved reality-tv.

  1. The Toast

You likely recognize Claudio Oshry — better known as @girlwithnojob — from social media. Her hilarious podcast with her sister Jackie has new episodes each weekday, which I love because there is no waiting a whole week for new content. Their pop culture takes are amazing, and a recent episode with TikToker Jake Shane is one of my favorite episodes.

  1. Brooke and Connor Make a Podcast

Brooke Averick — @ladyefron — and Connor Wood — @fibulaa — are two of the most creative, relatable, and funny creators on the internet. I look forward to their episodes each week because of their storytelling and niche humor that never misses. If you are like me and can hardly wait a week for a new episode, they have a bonus episode weekly for their “Close Friends” subscribers, which I use to get extra content.

  1. Deux U

“Deux U” is a podcast associated with the Instagram account DeuxMoi, which is like a real-life Gossip Girl. People can send in anonymous information about celebrities, making it a hub for celebrity gossip. If you love being in on the scoop of all that is happening in the world of pop culture, this is the podcast for you.

  1. Smartless

Hosted by Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett — plus a surprise guest each week — this podcast is a comedy-lover’s dream. The witty conversation always makes me laugh, and I love that I never know who the next guest will be. I really enjoyed their episode with John Mulaney and their episode with Tina Fey.
