For many students seeking internships or jobs, we are entering, if not in the midst of, interview season. This time of year can be extremely stressful for many reasons. However, one point of stress that doesn’t usually come to mind right away when considering interview season is the wardrobe.

For those going into their first interview season, figuring out what to wear can be overwhelming. Whether it be business formal or casual, one thing is for sure: when your outfit looks good, you feel good. Therefore, having the “perfect” outfit can help you gain confidence and nail your interviews. Fortunately, there are many different brands to choose from when it comes to building your wardrobe and dressing for success.

Aritizia

Aritzia is a very popular brand among Gen Z. The brand offers a range of business attire, making it a versatile option for all your interview needs. What makes Aritzia so popular is its ability to keep up with current trends. Its business outfits are always chic and sure to earn you some compliments.

If you choose to shop for your new wardrobe at Aritzia, its online site is easy to navigate. However, if possible, I suggest shopping in person. Aritzia’s in-store customer service is top-notch, and the workers are always ready to put together an outfit that fits your needs. I recommend trying the Effortless Pant and Etiquette Blazer. However, if you’re looking for something for warmer weather, consider the Brynn Short Sleeve Blazer.

H&M

Another great brand that offers trendy business clothing is H&M. H&M is a great option for college students applying for internships and jobs because its clothing is affordable, cute, and good quality. Its website is also easy to navigate, and you can find a variety of jackets, blouses, and pants. However, H&M may be a better option if you’re looking for business casual rather than business formal.

Zara

Zara is another great option for business attire. Many college students turn to Zara to find blazers and pants, and the brand also offers a variety of accessories, including belts and shoes. The Zara website can be a bit difficult to navigate, but it has designated sections for blazers and pants that are easy to find.

Abercrombie & Fitch

Abercrombie & Fitch is a very popular clothing brand across a variety of categories. Luckily, they also have a great selection of business clothing. The brand is very versatile and carries blazers, pants, skirts, blouses, and more. Their website is great, but I urge you to shop in person if you have a store near you. The customer service at Abercrombie is outstanding, and the employees are more than willing to help you find your best fit.
