You don’t want to get out of bed, so you hit snooze one more time. Mondays can be rough, huh? So how do you brighten up a gloomy Monday?

MUSIC!

Welcome to Music Monday! I’ll be sharing new music that you need to hear, songs currently climbing the charts, and of course I’ll be throwing some iconic throwbacks in the mix as well.

Think of me as your own personal DJ, just minus the whole “talking on the radio thing.”

Natural – Imagine Dragons

This song is all about finding yourself, plus Imagine Dragons make great music.

God is a woman – Ariana Grande

YAS! This one is self-explanatory, keep on giving us these empowering songs, Ariana!

Lucky One – Tom Morello feat K.Flay

I have two words for you– GUITAR RIFF! Also, K.Flay is such a badass!

Wake Up in the Sky – Gucci Mane, Bruno Mars, Kodak Black

This song was dropped on us a few days ago by this talented trio, and it is super catchy! I’ll definitely keep it on repeat!

The Dark Side – Muse

Muse released this song a couple of weeks ago. It literally sounds like their sophomore album, Origin of Symmetry, had a kid with Stranger Things. I’m here for it!

Monster – Big Data feat. Jamie Lidell

If you need a new “driving” song to add to your mix, here you go. I found one for you. You’re welcome.

Genius – Sia, Diplo and Labrinth (LSD)

You can almost guarantee any song that Sia is on ends up being incredible, and this is a masterpiece.

Misery Business – Paramore

I KNOW, emo Lauren is freaking out, it’s an iconic throwback! Since Hayley Williams announced that Paramore would stop performing this song live, everyone has had different opinions. Kudos to Hayley for doing what she feels is right!

My Blood – Twenty One Pilots

I’ve always loved Twenty One Pilots, and this song is an absolute BOP! (If anyone has extra tickets to see them in Texas, hit ya girl up!)

High Hopes – Panic! At The Disco

Start your week off with some motivation from Brendon Urie himself. (Kinda)
