With September being National Hispanic Heritage Month, I feel it’s only logical to celebrate with some ‘Cocteles Tradicionales.’ A “Paloma” is a classic tequila drink which was first created in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico. This drink consists of 6 ingredients and is extremely easy to make. Below is the recipe. I hope you enjoy your Palomas. Salud!

Paloma Ingredients:

  • 2oz Tequila

  • 3oz Grapefruit Soda

  • .5oz Fresh lime juice

  • Pinch of salt

  • Grapefruit salt for garnish

  • Salt rim

Method:

  • Mix all of the Ingredients
  • Garnish with grapefruit slice
