The original Broadway cast of the amazing play Hamilton, written by Lin Manuel Miranda was very talented. At some point, most, if not all of the cast have had to leave the show. They all have moved on to just as great of things after their fantastic performances. We are so lucky to get to watch as all good things must come to an end. Leslie won a Tony award for his performance in Hamilton as Alexander Hamiltons, a mortal enemy until the brutal end. In 2016, the year of the Broadway run, he released his own self titled album. He also has released albums in 2018 and 2019. He has appeared in multiple films, including One Night In Miami, a feature film set to debut in early 2021.

Miranda embodies everything that is Hamilton. It is his own beautiful creation that he also stars in. He is constantly in the spotlight for not only his work but speaking out on different events happening in the world as a public figure. He has written music for Moana as well as The Little Mermaid. He played the leading man in Mary Poppins Returns. It has recently been announced he is writing music for a new Disney movie… how exciting!

Hamilton’s beautiful and loyal wife left the show at the same time as Odam and Miranda, her reason for departure was to play the main role in Amelie. Soo is mostly an actress in plays, but she has also been a voice in Moana and a series regular on The Code. She will be a voice actress in the upcoming movie Over The Moon.

Goldsberry embodies Angelica’s spirit in her daily life by speaking out in honor of women’s empowerment. After winning her Tony award from the show, she went on to star in The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. She has guest-starred on a few other show’s and she is a mother.

Jones was the last of the original cast to leave the show. In 2017, she and the other Schyler sisters at the Super Bowl sang the National Anthem. She has been in a few other plays off-broadway and is married to co-star Anthony Ramos.

Ramos is fast climbing in the world of Hollywood. His music career is starting to take off, he has several music videos with Jasmine, his wife. He played Ally’s best friend in A Star is Born. He has voiced several characters and his career is definitely on the incline.
All these stars deserve all the credit for their performance and it’s good to keep track that they are all doing well!
