When I say the word “Groupon” you probably envision a soccer mom driving her Tahoe to a spa to cash in on a 2 for 1 facial. I thought the same thing until about two weeks ago when I saw an ad on Facebook advertising Beats in-ear headphones for $39.99! I downloaded the app to check it out. I then decided to scroll through the app to check out what else they had. Here are a few examples of the great deals I found:
- Seven Peaks Pass of All Passes for $13
With Summer coming up this is a great price for one of the most sought after memberships in Utah which will allow you unlimited admission to the Seven Peaks water parks in Salt Lake and Provo, as well as the Seven Peaks Fun Center in Lehi.
2. Dolce & Gabbana Cologne and Perfume for $26.99
You can imagine how unhappy I was when I realized I’ve been paying around $100 a bottle for one of my favorite colognes, when I could’ve gotten it for less than $30 if I had used Groupon!
3. Zipline Tour for 2 People for $59
This is my favorite deal I found. It allowed two people to go on a zipline through Timpanogos canyon that stretches over a half mile! Talk about a super fun date that doesn’t break the bank.
4. $20 Credit to Ugurt for only $12
We all already love Ugurt, now we can love it for a little less money.
5. 16 Gillette Mach 3 Razor Blades for $37.99
Anyone who buys replacement blades knows they are super expensive. I pay over $20 to get 4. I will definitely be taking advantage of this Groupon deal.
6. Ellie Goulding Tickets for $20
Incase you didn’t know, Ellie Goulding will be at the Maverick Center on April 13th. These tickets are usually $47.80. Ellie is known for putting on an amazing show. I really wish I hadn’t already gotten tickets before I saw this deal!
7. Getaways
Groupon has some great travel deals! Anything from a cheap night in a hotel to a world vacation can be found on the app for a way good price! Maybe try the 8 day Paris and Barcelona trip with airfare included for only $1,099!
I think by now you realize that Groupon is low-key the best app ever. So next time you’re looking for something to do, try hopping on Groupon. I’m sure they have something better than watching Netflix.
