The air is finally crisp and spooky decorations are making their way into homes and businesses. It’s definitely one of the best times of the year! Unfortunately, fall doesn’t last forever, so here are the top ways to make the most of the season before winter sets in.

1. Cornmaze

Crack out your walking shoes and round up your friends to go on a fun little adventure! Corn mazes can be filled with mystery. Marching into the unknown and solving a puzzle to escape is so much fun!

2. Haunted House

What is fall without a little scare? A great way to get into the spooky season is to go to a haunted house. There is nothing like the adrenaline as you discover the stories and characters that emerge!

3. Pumpkin Carving

A fun activity I have always loved, is pumpkin carving. It’s great to see the different designs that are created, and it truly lets your inner artist shine. Not only is it fun, but you get to display the final result, which brings a sense of achievement.

4. Hike

Nothing like a soft cool breeze to signal the arrival of fall. With the autumn colors illuminating the trees it is always good to go out and embrace the coming season with a relaxing hike.

5. Go to A Football Game

There is no fall without football! Round up a group of friends and head to the football games to cheer on your favorite team! Or if you really want to get into the spirit, you can play football with your friends.

6. Make Pumpkin Pie… or Apple Pie… or Any Pie

I will be honest, my favorite food is fall themed. In my opinion, the best part of autumn is that it is filled with sweet pies that make your mouth water. A classic fall activity is baking a pie. This activity is both entertaining and delicious!

7. Go to a Halloween Party

It’s always fun to dress up and hit the town! There are so many things you can do in costume, from dress up concerts to simply dressing up with your friends to watch a movie.

8. Drive-in Movie

Go out with your family or on a date and have a relaxing time watching a heartwarming or possible scary movie in a drive-in movie theater. It is always fun to become invested in the characters while remaining in the comfort of your own car.

9. Have a Bonfire

The bonfire is the epitome of cozy, which is what fall is all about! Whether you’re out camping, or just in your backyard there is always time for some smores.

10. Apple Picking

Apple picking is a fun way to eat healthy, and also be in nature. Apple picking, or fruit picking in general, is a great way to see all the fall colors, while also getting a yummy snack.

While fall may not last forever, the memories we make during the next couple of months are sure to get us through the coldest days of winter!
