Fall is finally here! That means it is time to switch up your makeup routine. Whether it’s going to a haunted house with your crush or pumpkin picking with your best friends, here is an easy beautiful smokey eye that is sure to turn heads. I used the Tartelette eyeshadow pallette to get the majority of this look. It comes with matte shades that are sure to look good with every eye and skin color! Keep reading to find out the steps I took to achieve this look!

Step 1:

Make sure to start out with freshly washed face. Dab a little bit of eye primer all over your lids to prevent creasing and make your eyeshadow last longer! Then go in with a light purple eyeshadow and blend all over your lid and into the crease. Here I am using the color Natural Beauty from the Tartelette palette. I recommend using a fluffy brush for this step to lightly and evenly apply the color.

Step 2: Once your lightest eyeshadow has been applied, sweep a medium purple color in your crease and outer portion of your eye. This will add a little more color and depth. I used the color Best Friend eyeshadow from the Tartelette palette. Be sure to blend your eyeshadow until there are no harsh lines! This is a common mistake people make.

Step 3:

To bring this look together, apply a dark purple eyeshadow in the outer corner of your eye. This will give your eye more definition. The color I used is Bombshell from the Tartelette palette. To apply the shadow I used a dense and precise brush to make sure the dark color was going exactly where I wanted it.

Step 4:

To open up your eyes, add a pop of shimmer to the center and inner corner of your eyelid. Only keep the shimmer in this area of the eye because you don’t want to turn into a sparkly mess! Here I used the color Celestine from bareMinerals. Don’t forget to line your eyes with a liquid liner to make your eyelashes look thicker. My personal favorite liquid eyeliner is the Magic Marker Eyeliner from Mirabella.

Step 5:

Last but not least, add a couple coats of mascara to your top and bottom lashes and you are good to go! I used the Voluminous Carbon Black mascara from Loreal.

This is a look you must try out this season!
