Breakfast and Lunch are served until 9:30pm at Cafe 1st, easily making it at the top of the list. Who doesn’t love waffles for dinner?
The Greenhouse Effect Coffee and Crepes
The Greenhouse Effect is open until 1am! It is definitely a drive from campus, but trust me the Crepes are to die for.
The Coffee Garden
The Coffee Garden is already a local favorite and a great study spot! When the Library is too full during finals week this is the place to go. They are open until 11:00pm, and have some of the best pastries in Salt Lake!
Nostalgia
Nostalgia has the best Chai Tea in Salt Lake. It’s the best place to go if you need to catch up on some reading or even finish a few papers!
Coffee Connection
A place to go if you are looking for a more productive evening. They have great coffee and a quiet atmosphere. Located in Trolly Square (only a few TRAX stations away from campus) and opened until 9:00pm.
Salt Lake Coffee Break
Conveniently located on 4th South and opened until 2:00am. The Turkish Coffee is a must and there are plenty of places to sit and relax or study with some of your friends!
Sugar House Coffee
This is one of my personal favorites, they have great drinks, food, and even live music. Bonus Tip: You can write about the performances and bands for Survey of Jazz! Open until 12:00am.
The People’s Coffee
The name speaks for itself with this one, The Peoples Coffee is one of the best spots downtown! The place has a really great vibe and an interesting theme choice.
