Believe me, I know what you’re thinking: It is way too early to be planning for potential Christmas gifts. Every time I bring up candy canes, gingerbread or Santa Clause, people tell me I need to SLOW DOWN.

“We need to get through Thanksgiving before we start to talk about Christmas,” they say.  But hear me out, Christmas is only eight weeks away. It will be here before we know it.  So, with that said, I am going to get you up to speed and provide you with several gift ideas for everyone important in your life. My first set of gift ideas will be geared towards your BESTIES. My gift ideas will all be less than $50, because as a college student, I am aware that most of us LOVE our friends, but we also love food, water, and electricity.

For your bestie that loves makeup:

Morphe Palettes : I don’t know if you’ve heard about Morphe, but the brand is definitely worth checking out. The products are very nice quality, but don’t come at a hefty price. My favorite palettes include: Bling Boss, Dark Magic and The Jaclyn Hill. You can find these lovely products online (www.morphe.com) or at your local Ulta store.

For your bestie that is always on the go:

Rollerball: If your bestie is always moving she definitely needs a rollerball  perfume. I know in the middle of my day when my Jimmy Choo perfume for the morning starts to wear off, I love rolling on a new scent.  You can find rollerball perfumes pretty much everywhere. I usually have the most luck at Ulta and Sephora. My favorite scents include “CANDY,” by Prada and “Romance,” by Ralph Lauren.

For your bestie that is addicted to caffeine:

Reusable Starbucks coffee cup: If your bestie is a coffee queen, she will most certainly appreciate a reusable Starbucks cup. There are several different colors and styles to choose from. Another added perk of this gift is that your friend will help the environment while getting to flaunt a stylish cup. Every time your bestie orders a drink from Starbucks she can reuse the cup and save plastic or paper. You can find them at your local Starbucks or online at www.starbucks.com.
