Think you don’t have time to make a healthy breakfast in the morning? Most of us are super busy people that would rather get that extra few minutes of sleep than wake up early and make food. I will show you how to make a healthy no-fuss omelet. Personally, I’m terrible at making eggs. If you are too, stick to my method and you’ll look like a genius every time!

Recipe
1.       Boil 6 cups of water in a small pot on medium-high heat.
2.       Get your desired omelet ingredients and mix together in a small bowl.
3.       Pour ingredients into a small Ziploc bag (or into multiple bags if you are making more than one omelet).
4.       Set a timer for 10 minutes. Submerge bags of omelet ingredients into boiling water.
5.       Walk away. Study, get dressed, put on makeup, whatever you need to do in the morning.
6.       When timer goes off, flip bags over so they cook evenly.
7.       Set timer for 10 more minutes. Proceed with your business.
8.       Done! Carefully remove bag from water, and empty your omelet onto a plate. Enjoy!

Tips
·         Make sure you don’t cook the omelet on high heat. The bag may break and your omelet will be soggy and unsalvageable.
·         If you’re an on-the-go person, wrap up your breakfast in a tortilla and have a breakfast burrito!
·         Get creative! Branch out and try different ingredients. Try out different kinds of cheese or add pesto. Or try a grilled chicken and spinach omelet.

Making omelets this way is the super easy. Since you barely have to pay attention to it while cooking, it is the perfect food for when you’re still half-awake. The best part is, you don’t have to cook it with butter or oil, so it is a healthier option.
