From wanting to help developing countries, to simply willing to open the door for you- it’s safe to say that this week’s cutie is also a sweetie.
 
What are your hobbies?
Reading and graphic design for clothes. I was planning on starting my own clothing company for a while. As of now, I have like 5 or 6 designs for sale.
 
Do you have any favorite books?
Animal farm or House of Leaves.
 
How would you describe your style?
Pretty much just things that I like. Things  I don’t really have to look that I go for. I just see things and if I like them, I get them. I usually try to get stuff that I can’t really see other people wearing.
 
How long does it take for you to get ready in the morning? Or does your style come naturally to you?
It takes like ten minutes total. I try to pick stuff that you can mix and match so you can grab and go.
 
What’s the first thing you notice in a girl?
The way she walks.
 
What are qualities you like in a girl?
Independence and the ability to take a joke/make a joke. And not overly clingy.
 
Automatic turn-offs?
Close-mindedness and immaturity. In general, people that aren’t willing to change their beliefs at all; too caught up in themselves.

So who’s your celebrity crush?
I really like the girl form the Girl With the Dragon Tattoo-Rooney Mara. Yolandi Visser, she’s from Die Antwoord. They’re from South Africa.
 
What’s your “fantasy date” and do guys even think about that?
I don’t think about it often. This is going to sound unromantic but probably dinner and a movie. Just talking to someone.
 
Favorite music?
Rap. I like electronic too, and of course classic rock.
 
Do you have any advice for girls?
Just be confidant. Try to make yourself happy before you make other people happy.

Coming across Her Campus as a senior in high school and then leading her very own branch, Emily proudly calls herself the co-president and editor-in-chief of Her Campus University of San Francisco. While Emily has a guilty addiction to shopping, celebrities, and all things "girly" she hopes that she can integrate this into a relatable magazine to the women of her campus. Emily has a slight infatuation for John Krasinski and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. When she's not day dreaming about her future husbands, Emily is participating in many extra curricular activities such as her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. Emily enjoys good company, good FOOD, and a good ole' television. One of the most recent television series Emily has become a fan of is ABC's Pan Am. If only Pan Am continued to exist, Emily would have seriously considered becoming a stewardess. The success of the branch has yet to blossom. Emily hopes that she can bring Her Campus University of San Francisco to its full potential. In the future, Emily plans studying abroad all over the European continent and pursue her passion of social justice through fashion.
