So, Black History Month is ending soon and you didn’t do that much to learn or change your behaviors? Changing our patterns of consumption on social media is an incredible way to learn a lot without changing our daily routines. If you’re like me and you spend a lot of time scrolling, following some Black TikTokers and allowing others to flow onto your for you page might be a solution!

Here are five black TikTok Creators to follow to jazz up your feed and learn year-round!

@zai_rambles

Zai makes TikToks about different films and TV shows that feature or were made by Black people. Zai’s content allows you to learn a lot through TikTok and also highlights some different things to watch during your normal streaming hours.

@bonbonod14

Boni creates an array of TikToks on matters of Black from the perspective of an Irish man. Boni presents a different side of the diaspora that many people do not traditionally think about or see, thus making Boni a pertinent addition to your following scroll.

@rynnstar

Rynn makes TikToks about important figures and events in Black history that most educational institutions do not teach us. Rynn did a series through much of Black History Month on this specific topic that is a must-watch for all.

@swirl_life

Your Momma Bestie makes content about an array of topics from Black history to women’s health. She is a candor and caring figure on TikTok that always seems to bring in some knowledge that you may not otherwise know!

@earthstewardess

The Earth Stewardess makes content about, yes you guessed it, the Earth and preservation, but also informative information about genuine allyship and positive relationships within activism. All activism intersects and with creators like the Earth Stewardess, the intersectionality of it all becomes clear.

There are many more Black TikTokers out there, so if you have any more, feel free to drop them in my DMs and this list will expand!
