Collegiettes™, we all know that woman running around day to day entirely too involved, but somehow she slays everything. Whether that woman is you or someone close to you, I know being flawless and successful isn’t easy. Here are a few secrets to help her along the way.

Know Your “Why” – No matter what you do, it is so important to have a clear “why.” Figure out what that “why” is and let it be the driving force when your days are running together because every second is booked. Every college woman should determine her “why” and never let anything get in the way of that.

Plan Plan Plan – The best accessory every collegiette could have is a planner. Brand, color, size, doesn’t matter. Just planning everything from class, work, extra activities, and even eating and sleeping can make all the difference and create structure in the chaotic, non-stop life of a college woman.

Look Good, Feel Good – I’m a firm believer in this saying and there’re many ways to achieve it. Find what makes you look good and feel good. Working out or eating healthy is one way to look and feel good. It could also be something as simple as your favorite pair of shoes or a stunning lipstick. Whatever it is that makes the world your runway, find it and keep strutting.

Powerful Playlist – The perfect playlist can really put a pep in your step and motivate you all day long. Create the most powerful playlist of every song that makes you feel like you could conquer the world and have it ready for your day to day commute.

Don’t Skip Meals – I know this one seems like an obvious one, you would be surprised how often busy women forget to eat. Skipping meals doesn’t provide us with the energy we need to keep doing great things. Even if it’s taking the time to eat breakfast daily or packing little snacks for throughout the day, keep munching to keep going.

Find Your Bliss – It’s important to treat yourself when you spend your days too busy serving others. Making small moments for yourself. A chocolate bar or enjoying a bubble bath at the end of the day are ways to make sure you don’t forget about your own needs as well. Make moments of bliss because you definitely deserve it.

Positivity Goes a Long Way – When we barely have time to keep up with the rest of the world, we definitely don’t have time for anything to go wrong. No matter what, remaining positive can really go a long way. By focusing on what you have going for you and what lies ahead, nothing can get in your way.

A Strong Support System – Surround yourself with others that continuously support and love you for the woman you are. Never settle for anyone that can’t handle your busy lifestyle. We could do it on our own, but it is so much better to share your life and success with others.

These are some of my own little secrets that keep me going when my plans are stacked. Read them, live them, and pass them on to the non-stop college women in your life. Glad you found this moment of bliss. Slay on.
