What’s on the fourth floor of the Marshall Student Center? Not many students even visit above the second floor. But because I had some business to attend to at Student Government, I for once had to use the elevator. As the elevators opened to the fourth floor, I was intrigued by this construction wall. The wall is under construction by FWC (Friedrich Watkins Company) and within the week had been over thrown with “USF graffiti”. Everyone should check it out and add to the collage.
