Relationship status- open relationship

Ultimate goal in life:  “To write a bestselling series and have a wonderful family that I travel the world with.”

What do you look for in a man? “I don’t like femininity, I like a guy to be a guy. I like strength and a guy who is genuinely kind to everyone. Someone who would let me adopt that stray dog on the street until we found its owner.”

What’s the weirdest thing about you? “I think I’m psychic and a lot of other people do. I’m also incredibly flexible so I could totally be a circus freak.”

What do you think about USF? “I feel like in the fountain there should have been a baby bull instead of just the two big bulls. I also think the MLK fountain is a slide. I like USF. I’ve made a lot of friends here. I didn’t think I’d like Tampa but USF has made it better.”

How do you feel about getting married today? “I thought my ring would be at least two or three carats instead of flavored sugar. “
***Editor’s Note: Today is the P.R.I.D.E. Alliances “Freedom to Marry” event where couples can exchange vows and receive Ring Pops.

If you could do one crazy, international thing, what would you do? “I’d rollerskate through the Louvre or bungee-jump into an active volcano.”

Interests: “I like reading. I’m a big nerd. I like getting into random, crazy shenanigans. Like some of the funnest times I’ve had is when I get bored and wander into random places. Pretty much everything interests me because I’m the type of person that likes to learn about the world.”

What’s been your. Fav class at USF? “I lean towards Literature and the Occult but I’ve had other good classes, too. I also say my American Lit class because I felt like a genius.”

What do you do in your spare time? “I slay zombies”

Daylina Miller is a senior at the University of South Florida studying multimedia journalism and psychology and anticipates graduating spring 2012. She is a member of the national and USF chapter of The Society of Professional Journalists, Bull Bikers' Association, and the Heavy Metal Enthusiasts Club. She currently writes news features for USF's website and is an avid blogger. Her interests include traveling, writing, tarot, paranormal research and photography. She recently enjoyed a travel/study tour to London and various cities in Ireland and plans on backpacking through Europe after graduation. Being a mermaid didn't pan out and paranormal research won't pay her bills so her ultimate goal is to report for a well-respected daily newspaper or magazine as a multimedia journalist.
