March 24 – Music Monday
Ladies Night with The Poets at USF
9:00 – 10:30 p.m. at Alpha Omicron Pi Chapter Room in Greek Village
Music Monday will be a night of performances themed toward women. There will be poetry, songs and other performances about female empowerment. This event will empower women, expose them to art, encourage them to be creative and take action in their lives. In addition, it is a great chance to collaborate with another campus organization, The Poets at USF.
March 25 – TV Tuesday
Screening of Miss Representation Documentary
5 p.m. at The Flats @ 4200
TV Tuesday will be a screening of the documentary Miss Representation, a film about how mainstream media represents women in powerful positions. You can watch the trailer below! This event will have activities themed toward women’s body image and discussions about the effect the media has on women. Plus there will be snacks!
March 26 – Wellness Wednesday
Bull Market
9 – 2 p.m.
For Wellness Wednesday, Her Campus will be tabling and handing out information about women’s health tips. There will also be the opportunity to win prizes and other freebies!
March 27 – Throwback Thursday
3:30 – 5:15 p.m. at MSC 2707
90s Social
Throwback Thursday will be all about the 90s! Come dressed in 90s fashion and beauty looks! This event will be a walk down memory lane with 90s music, games and more! Chiptole will also be served for $4.
March 28 – Fashion Friday
All day
USF Campus Most Fashionable Collegiette Contest
Calling all cute collegiettes! Her Campus will be on the look-out for most fashionable collegiettes around campus all week long! We will be snapping photos and handing out information about the contest on Friday. Fashionable collegiettes can submit photos on Instagram with the hashtags: #hercampusherweek, #macysbestdressed #macysbestdressedusf. The photo with the most likes will win a Macy’s gift card. The Most Fashionable Collegiette will also be featured as a Campus Celeb on the Her Campus USF website.
