The fabulous Angelina Ajdukovic, born and raised in California, is an incoming senior at USF. She is passionate about her major, creative writing, and currently resides off campus with her best friend, Cio Antonetti. She is a huge fan of sports – especially the teams sporting green and gold.
What are your ambitions? “My ultimate ambition is to get on The New York Times Best Seller list. I also want to become fluent in Spanish. I hope to get my pilots license one day and own my own plane so I can travel the world. I’m also looking into TV and screenplay writing. I’d love to be the one getting viewers all hyped up over my scandalous season finale. Some of my favorite TV shows are Bun Heads, Merlin, Doctor Who, Law & Order SVU, NCIS and Being Human. But most of all I want to be successful and happy in whatever I decide to do in life.”
What drew you to Her Campus? “This is my final year at USF and I’ve gotten to the part in my college career where I really have to consider my next step. My ambitions for becoming a writer were slowly falling into the impracticality category as far as future career options when I happened upon a flyer for Her Campus. I took it as a sign to follow my heart and here I am.”
What are your Pet Peeves? “People who chew gum with their mouths open! And people who argue (especially with me).”
Do you have any fetishes? “I have this weird obsession with paper products and school supplies. Does that count?”
Who is the most influential person in your life? “My mom. She always has the right answers for my hardest problems and questions. She’s my biggest fan.”
What’s your favorite quote? “‘Win as if you’re used to it, and lose as if you enjoyed it for a change.’ It is my favorite because it embodies a winner’s attitude.”
What campus clubs are you involved in? “This year I became a GloBull Ambassador, but I’ve been involved in many clubs throughout my time at USF. I was a WOW Street Team Leader, I was in the Residence Hall Association and I was a Stampede of Service Site Leader. I’m also hoping to get involved with Bulls Radio this year.”
Is there anything else you would like to share? “I studied abroad this summer for six weeks in Spain. I also visited France and Italy. It was an eye opening experience for me and I would recommend any USF student to study abroad. I’m a die-hard USF fan! I love anything and everything USF. I can eat peanut M&M’s ‘till I pop and I love Halloween. I even worked at Howl-O-Scream last year; I was the moving statue at the front gate. I work at ON50 Apartments where my fellow Community Assistants are more than just coworkers, they are good friends.”
