I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life when I was in high school. Granted, I still have no idea where my major will take me. I do, however, know that my major will guide me towards a career that I love.
I chose my major of public relations because it allows me to create my own career path. A major in public relations allows me to discover what I love by taking classes that interest me.
I chose my major because I have an open mind about the world and am eager to develop skills that will help me make a difference. I am an extrovert and love engaging with different people. I am positive, determined and very optimistic.
A career in public relations will allow me to use my strengths to create interesting content, organize events, help a company succeed, or even fix a crisis.
Picking my major of public relations was a no-brainer. If you love to write, think outside of the box, and wouldn’t mind having an unconventional job, then a major in public relations is for you!
