Getting sick in college is so different from being sick in high school. When you’re sick in college you usually can’t afford to take a few days off, you have to keep going and doing work. Here are some quick tips on how to avoid getting sick this winter.

1. Make sure you dress for the cold! Get a hat and a scarf!

2. Make sure you’re getting enough sleep. If you’re constantly staying up late and are tired you’ll be more susceptible to getting sick.

3. Make sure you are constantly washing your hands!

4. Wash the silverware you’re sharing with your roommates extra well.

5. Clean all of the door handles in your apartment/dorm.

6. Drink a lot of water. Hydrate to stay great!8. Eat healthy.

If you do get sick make sure you take care of yourself and take some medicine or go see a doctor!
