The Stages of a Single Girl on V-Day

With another Valentines Day spent with my girlfriends, and not a boyfriend, I have had some time to reflect on my past few years here at school and how seemingly, every year around this holiday, I am always single. I would be lying if I said I do not think from time-to-time about how great it would be to get all dressed up and be taken out on a date for this holiday, but I would also be lying if I said I do not love spending it with my friends, over a few glasses of wine watching our favorite ‘rom-coms.’

There are definitely many stages that occur during this holiday for a single gal like myself: 

 The ‘ I love being single’ stage:
