The Collegiette’s Guide to Spring Break Packing

While it seems like it never stops snowing, believe it or not, spring break is less than two weeks away! If that doesn’t excite you, are you even a college student? For those of you who are lucky enough to escape the snow, here’s your must pack list for the best week of the year.

1. Sundress

Spring break means sunshine and sunshine calls for sundresses. This dress from H&M is versatile enough to throw over your bathing suit or dress up for a night out. You’re going to want to pack a few of these.

2. Sunglasses

If you’re going to be outside all day you need to protect yourself from the harsh rays. Plus, you’re probably not going to look your best after a night of dancing with your friends, so, these will definitely come in handy.

3. A Good Book

While spring break can be a crazy time, it’s important to use some of your time for relaxing. A great way to ease your mind and enjoy the nice weather is to sit down with a good read. Check out Dirty Rush by Taylor Bell; we are loving this at the moment.

4.  Cute Sandals

A pair that’s comfortable enough to wear for daytime and nighttime.

5.  Bathing Suits

If you’re trying to pack light, try and find bathing suits that mix and match.

6.  A tote

Having to continuously run back to your hotel room can be a real pain in the butt. Plan ahead and bring a large tote bag with you so you can carry all your things with ease. You can also use this as your carry on!

7. A beach towel.

Hotel towels are the perfect size… for a small child, and buying towels at popular vacation spots can be expensive.

8. Sunscreen

This is the most important one because nobody wants to come home looking like a lobster.

Happy packing and safe travels, rams!
