If you love juicy burgers (who doesn’t?) and extraordinary drinks/cocktails, then you should go eat at Burger and Mayo Lab. Located in San Juan, this restaurant creates drinks inspired by their lab science theme. With the help of chemistry, they create margaritas that emit smoke and offer wild berry pama drinks that are served in lab beakers and GIANT volcano margaritas that can only be held with both hands. They have different burger choices, but their most mouth-watering option is the Dip Bacon Burger, which is a bacon burger that you dip in cheese. They also make tacos, fried chicken, and giant bowls of killer mac’n cheeses. Another fun fact is that a lot of their sauces, such as mayoketchup, are given in syringes. If you are looking for a great brunch experience in the west side of the island, look no further than Otra Cosa grill. This restaurant located in Añasco has some of the best sandwiches, wraps, quesadillas, and omelettes for a budget friendly price! If you want some delicious lunch, they have multiple burgers that are derived from their name like the “Otra Cosa Burger”.
